Here are some delicious meal ideas using MORAN'S Premium Ground Beef products that the whole family will enjoy.

 
       
 

Meat Balls  (Serves up to 4)

1lb MORAN'S Premium Ground Beef
2 eggs
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1/2 tbsp. oil
salt, black pepper to taste

In a large stainless steel bowl, lightly fold in all ingredients at the same time. After the ingredients are all blended well, put about 3 tbsp. of meet into your palm and with the other hand lightly roll a ball. Place the meat balls onto a place and set into the refrigerator to tighten. Place oil into a frying pan and over medium heat start to brown the meat balls. Every 2 minutes roll the meat ball to another side until all sides are browned. With they are all browned place them into a 400º oven for 15 minutes or until the center of the meet ball reaches 160º.

Great with your favorite red sauce over pasta or as a sandwich on a sub roll with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese. Delicious!


 
       
 

Meat Loaf  (Serves up to 6)

2lb MORAN'S Premium Ground Beef
4 eggs
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup bread crumbs, salt, black pepper to taste.


In a large stainless steel bowl, lightly fold in all ingredients at the same time. After the ingredients are all blended well, and place into a loaf pan. Preheat oven to 350° and bake for 35 to 45 minutes or when the center reaches 160°. Remove from the over and set aside for 10 to 15 minutes to set. Slice, serve and enjoy.


 
       
 

Salisbury Steak  (Serves up to 4)

1lb MORAN'S Premium Ground Beef
1 egg
1tbs ketchup
2 tsp. steak sauce
2 pack dry mushroom gravy mix
6 oz fresh sliced mushrooms
Water
Fresh chopped Garlic

In a large stainless steel bowl mix all ingredients and lightly fold. Form 4oz football shape loafs onto a frying pan. Over medium heat slightly brown each side. Add fresh mushrooms and garlic. Cook for 4 minutes. Make the brown gravy and add to frying pan. Reduce heat to low and cover for 5 minutes. Great with mashed potatoes! Serve and enjoy.


 
       
 

Tomato Meat Pasta Sauce   (Serves up to 6)

1lb
MORAN'S Premium Ground Beef
2 cans crushed tomatoes
Chopped garlic
1/2 tbsp.
Olive oil1 tbsp.
Fresh basil 6 leaves
salt
black pepper, to taste

Over medium heat brown beef in a large sauce pan. Add oil and garlic and cook for 2 minutes. Open crushed tomatoes, salt and black pepper and add to beef. Cook for 45 minutes.

Wash and dice fresh basil. Add basil to sauce at the end. Serve over pasta. Just like Momma used to make!


 
       
 

Beef Chili   (Serves up to 6)

2lb
MORAN'S Premium Ground Beef
1 cup diced white onions
1 tbs chopped garlic
1 can black beans drained
I packet chili seasoning
1 can diced tomatoes.

Brown beef in a large stock pot over medium heat. Add onions and garlic, cook for 5 more minutes. Add all other ingredients and lower heat to simmer, cover and cook for 20 minutes.

Serve with shredded cheddar cheese, diced onions and jalapenos. Enjoy!


 
       
 

Taco Salad  (Serves up to 4)

1 lb
MORAN'S Premium Ground Beef
1 packet of taco seasoning mix.
1 head iceberg lettuce
1 small package tortilla chips
I cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 cup chopped tomatoes
1/2 cup prepared salsa 

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef and drain excess fat. Stir in the taco seasoning. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.

Crush the bag of chips, open the bag, and toss the broken chips into a large bowl with the lettuce, cheese and tomatoes. When the meat mixture is done, combine it with the lettuce, tomatoes, chips and mix well. Then, add salsa. Enjoy!


 
       
 

Fiesta Tacos   (Serves up to 4)

1 lb MORAN'S Premium Ground Beef
1/2 cup diced white onions
1 packet of taco seasoning mix.

Brown beef over medium heat for 10 to 12 minutes, drain the liquid and add onions. Cook for 2 minutes. Add 1/4 cup of water and stir in seasoning mix. Cover beef and remove from heat. Spoon on to your favorite crunchy or soft taco shells. Add chopped lettuce, tomatoes, shredded cheddar cheese and salsa. Enjoy!
